How to learn more about 3G, 4G and LTE as a programmer?
This is a very abstractive question but I am interested in programming on network and wish to learn furthermore about it. College that I am currently going to does not offer any subjects regarding to this. I want to know about 3G, 4G and LTE and what kind of applications (e.g. protocols and applications on top of them) are mostly developed with them (like VoLTE clients).
Please suggest me books or tutorials about these topics
